Leadership Communications October 4, 2018 test

On October 4th ACEC-SK Women in Consulting Committee hosted Leadership Communications with Rachelle Brockman of Eureka Experience. Attendees were engaged throughout the interactive four hour seminar. They completed a self-assessment and then broke out into groups of Functional Pairs. During the functional pairs activity individuals learned how to communicate with the different types of functional pairs:
- Sensing + Thinking (ST)
- Sensing + Feeling (SF)
- Intuition + Feeling (NF)
- Intuition + Thinking (NT)
They developed techniques and strategies that allowed them to express their authentic self with skill and confidence. Attendees also engaged in practical and interactive discussions and activities that clarified and strengthened their Leader Communication Strategy. It was a very open environment conducive to asking questions and sharing stories
