Awarded to an ACEC-SK member for consulting agreements with the Ministry of Highways greater than $75,000 who have a minimum of three Performance Evaluation Scores in the MoH database between November 1^st and October 31^st. The award goes to the Firm with the highest average Performance Evaluation score.
