In 2002 the Brian Eckel Awards, named in honour of the late Brian Eckel, P. Eng. were implemented to applaud and promote innovative projects of ACEC-SK member firms.  Member project profiles highlight industry leading talent and the application of solutions that meet new requirements, technology or methods.

Members may submit project profiles under the following categories:

• Buildings
• Environmental
• Municipal Infrastructure & Water Resources
• Natural Resources and Energy Production
• Project Management
• Small Firm/Project
• Studies and Soft Engineering
• Transportation

ACEC-SK actively promotes project submissions through a network of media tools, strategically located Road Show Display, and a visible presence at public and stakeholder events.
