- to have the membership of the committee and the association reflect the composition of society
- to increase retention of women in the consulting industry
- identify barriers in the employment environments and work with employers to cultivate a culture of inclusivity
- to create a corporate culture where all members are able to pursue a career at any level in the consulting industry
- develop a mentorship program that provides learning opportunities and knowledge sharing between experienced and junior women who are in the consulting industry to maximize retention in the industry
- work with organizations having similar objectives
- develop workshop programs and events to support Women in Consulting mentorship opportunities and discuss collaboration between employees and employers
