to have the membership of the committee and the association reflect the composition of society
to increase retention of women in the consulting industry
identify barriers in the employment environments and work with employers to cultivate a culture of inclusivity
to create a corporate culture where all members are able to pursue a career at any level in the consulting industry
develop a mentorship program that provides learning opportunities and knowledge sharing between experienced and junior women who are in the consulting industry to maximize retention in the industry
work with organizations having similar objectives
develop workshop programs and events to support Women in Consulting mentorship opportunities and discuss collaboration between employees and employers
